5. Fees. Fees applicable to your account tier and transactions are disclosed at the time of account opening and updated transparently. No hidden charges will ever be applied without prior notice.

6. Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days for standard accounts. Specialised fund structures may have defined lock-up periods, which are disclosed at the time of investment.

7. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform or from market fluctuations beyond our control.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable securities law and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which we are registered. Disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate regulatory or legal channels.

10. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
